A key part of this is gaining real work experience through industry placements. Industry placements not only develops learners’ knowledge, behaviours and skills required in the workplace; it also allows employers to have direct access to the talent pipeline.
At ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ, industry placements can take place in many forms, from short duration of up to 30 hours to longer placements of up to 315 hours.  Not only is the duration flexible, the delivery mode is also flexible, from regular days, to block release, to project-base work.
