This engaging 7‑week short course is designed to help you stay safe online by giving you a solid introduction to the essentials of cybersecurity.

You’ll explore what cybersecurity is through clear explanations and real‑life examples, gaining an understanding of cybercrime, the risks it poses, and the impact it can have on individuals and organisations.

There are no formal entry requirements. We welcome complete beginners as well as those looking to refresh their knowledge.

The course is delivered at our Ipswich campus, and you will work towards achieving a Gateway Award.
