Bringing together voluntary sector specialist organisations and the county’s community colleges, Thrive provides bespoke support for you to access the right employment, education and training opportunities for you.
Thrive is led by ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ.Ìý Thrive for Young People offers a triage and personal development service led by Inspire ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ, with additional activity packages from Lofty Heights.
The Thrive for Adults triage and personal development service is led by Access Community Trust in East ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ and West ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ, and by Anglia Care Trust in Ipswich and Babergh and Mid ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ.
ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ, East Coast College and West ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ College offer follow-on Progression Coach services for those who are ready to explore employment and training opportunities.
The Thrive project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.Ìý It is delivered on behalf of the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Local Authorities: Babergh and Mid ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Councils, East ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Council, Ipswich Borough Council, West ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Council and ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ County Council.

Thrive offers a highly localised and responsive programme designed to address the needs of NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) individuals, giving them the support they need to take a positive next step.
Inspire ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ will assess your support needs and listen to your career goals, creating you a personalised support programme. Other support in the programme is delivered by Lofty Heights, ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ, East Coast College and West ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ College.
